WKHA stands for World Kings Houses Association.
​
It started in 2015 as a complement to the work of CESCONF acronym for Cities State Confederation and through CESCONF, that worked through CoopHood architecture, design, and strategy cooperative with ICC and C.P.R. (Cities Power resource), became an association in terms of its organizational idea.
​
2020 is the official starting point of CESCONF with an event at the National Palace of Catalonia, which is expected to perform musicians from the wave of Dacru productions, Meteor productions, and even La Fura dels Baus radical Theater or some Cirque added.
